Boarding

One of the canine kennels

These are some of the kitty condos where your feline is kept in a nice quiet atmosphere. The condos are double sided so kitties can stretch between the two spaces.

We love to stay at March Animal Hospital. They treat us very well and play with us too. Crystal, the kennel manager gives us lots of love and  she keeps a watchful eye on us during our stay.

                                   Boarding Policies

To insure  the health of all pets in our care it is imperative for every animal to be current  with the following vaccines and free from all parasites:

Cats: Rabies within a year. Distemper within a year. Negative fecal exam within 6 months.

Dogs: Rabies within a year. Distemper within a year.  Intranasal Bordetella within a year. Injectable Bordetella within 6 months. Canine Influenza within a year. Negative fecal exam within 6 months.

Each animal will receive a Capstar to kill fleas, which is taken orally and will stay in the animals system for 24 hours. There is no adverse effect to your animal if you use any other flea control products. Capstar is priced by weight of the animal.

2-25 pounds = $3.80                25 pounds and over = $4.40

We at March Animal Hospital treat every animal in our boarding facility as our own and take every precaution when it comes to their health and safety. We reserve the right to begin treatment immediately in the event of and emergency and will make an effort to contact the owner once the animal is stable. If a situation arises that is a concern, but not considered an emergency by the doctor we will then contact the owner before any treatment.

The boarding agreement can be downloaded. You can have this completed and signed before dropping your pet off for boarding. Please read it entirely and sign. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
